Location: Albuquerque, NM Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full-time preferred; Part-time considered) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (structured over contract term)

We are seeking a curious, motivated Associate Optometrist who is excited to grow clinically. You do not need prior specialty experience. We are already practicing specialty care at a high level and are committed to mentoring the right doctor into the areas that fascinate them most.

This is a Monday through Friday role, providing you with a consistent schedule and a healthy work-life balance in the heart of the Southwest.

We provide structured, hands-on mentorship in:

• Scleral lenses and specialty contact lenses
• Myopia management
• Neuro-visual prescribing
• Vision therapy and functional vision care

This role is designed for an optometrist (new grad or experienced) who:

• Enjoys complex cases and deeper clinical problem-solving.
• Values quality of care over patient volume.
• Is eager to learn through collaborative mentorship.
• Thrives on educating patients and building long-term community relationships.

• Provide comprehensive primary eye care with a "patient-first" lens.
